Steve has developed and perfected a national prototype design delivery program that is nearly flawless. He and his retail team have completed over 1,000 Target Stores to date. All on schedule and within budget. While some of the projects are remodels, many are large scale, new two-story SuperTargets like the recently opened Target Wilson Yard outside Chicago, one of Target’s first LEED Silver certified stores. As a testament to Steve’s leadership and his team’s dedication, Target Corporation named RSP a Vendor of Excellence in 2009. In addition to Target, Steve finds time to manage a small collection of special projects for the firm like the athletic and theater expansion at Totino-Grace High School in Fridley, MN and retail work for Buffalo Wild Wings.
