The numbers detailing Bob’s experience are startling: over the past ten years, Bob has supervised the completion of 514 projects in 49 states, of which 18% are restaurants. Clearly, Bob knows retail. He can talk developer, retailer and consumer. He understands leasing arrangements, tracks consumer behavior and custom designs merchandising displays. As principal of our retail studio, Bob works with national brands and start-ups; supervises prototype design development and program roll-out; and is currently working with the U.S. military on revamping the traditional on-base shopping experience.
