Mike is an architect drawn to data. He focuses on uncovering how space works; why, when and how people use it; how it can be used more efficiently; and when and where does a space or building need renovation. Consequently, he leads RSP i_SPACE, a space and asset management service that assists in controlling real estate expenses for organizations with geographically diverse portfolios. It’s the perfect complement to the rest of RSP’s practice and provides the front and back end to our building lifecycle approach. The RSP i_SPACE team serves an array of clients including international corporations and city and county governments. Mike is an active speaker, having presented at the International Facilities Managers Association, the Building Owners and Managers Association and CoreNet Global.
