Joe’s specialty is large-scale mixed-use complexes incorporating hospitality, retail and entertainment venues. He excels at master planning and long-range strategic thinking. His portfolio includes a multiple building expansion of Arizona State University’s campus; the Sheraton Civic Plaza Hotel, a 1,000 room, 31-story conference center and hotel in downtown Phoenix; and a one-million square foot mixed-use development known as 7M in downtown Tempe. Joe is the managing principal of our Phoenix office and oversees much of our international work.
