_ More Retail Projects

RSP began working with HMS Host in 2000 to design a phased redevelopment of the restaurants and shops within the Lindbergh Terminal of MSP in recognition of the role contemporary airports play as gathering places.  Projects include the extension of existing brands to MSP, including Axel's Bonfire Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, D'Amico & Sons Cafe, French Meadow Bakery & Cafe, Chili's Too, Burger King, Quiznos Sub, as well as design of new concepts such as Northern Lights Grill, featuring a Minnesota-themed environment and Laconda’s D'Amico, a full-service Italian-themed restaurant and bar.  Retail venues have been designed for books, news and periodicals, clothing and travel merchandise to project a more “up-market” image to the affluent traveler.  As part of our on-going work we created several prototypes for a Fox News-branded retail outlet, two of which have been constructed in the Lindbergh Terminal.
