The Palmeraie represents a different way of thinking about retail experiences. Instead of attracting the masses, the Palmeraie is designed around the luxury consumer. The mixed-use development includes retail shops, restaurants, a spa and  fitness club, residences and offices designed to complement the Ritz Carlton Paradise Valley Resort. RSP provided master planning, visioning, theme development, concept design, and programming. The overall design aesthetic is mid-century modernism: the glass curtain walls, cantilevered forms and simple lines recall Richard Neutra’s iconic architecture of transparency and distinction.
