The planned Ramsey Town Center brings a critical lifestyle element to the outer-ring Twin Cities suburb. In addition to creating new places to live, the development brings retail and entertainment amenities to residents. RSP’s design team sought to integrate New Urbanist design criteria outlined in the master plan concept. The massing of major elements includes tower elements at key focal points and utilizes traditional elements with contemporary detailing. The resulting four-building center is anchored by a 62,000 square foot grocery store and includes 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in three separate buildings.
