RSP provided master side development plans for The Grove, an in-line retail complex that includes two Big Box retailers. The multi-phased development project, initiated by Ryan Companies, includes housing, retail and hospital services to accommodate one of the Twin Cities fastest growing communities. All site amenities and identity are designed by RSP while the hospital phase was developed by BWBR Architects.
