Inspired by the great financial towers of the 1900’s the project presents a modern interpretation of the classic Deco vernacular. Materials include granite, metal panel and various glazing systems. The office towers are ordered formally around an arrival plaza in the center of the block on HeJiang Road. The lower levels are primarily lobbies, casual meeting areas, service etc. The north wing includes the  conference center including meeting rooms and a 300 person auditorium .The banquet hall and trading facility are suspended above the main plaza and features a column free trading hall with viewing gallery over the floor and with views over the park.

The banquet hall has a large prefunction space that adjoins a terrace and overlooks the park. The design allows clear definition between the program of the offices versus the Trading Center and Conferencing. Organized around the plaza, it provides the connection between the towers.
