Already a successful casino, the Prairie Island Mdewakanton Community had dreams of building an entertainment center that would attract a more diverse national clientele. An RSP-designed expansion includes a 30,000 square foot multi-function convention center, a 32,000 square foot family fun center, and a 242-room hotel. The new event center allows Treasure Island to enhance its entertainment options. A 2,800-seat showroom hosts conventions, concerts and sporting events. The family fun center features a bowling alley, snack bar, arcade and restaurant.
