Motivated by the direct connection to downtown Minneapolis, Duke Realty wanted to create an urban-edge development that brought a vibrant energy to first-ring suburb, St. Louis Park.  RSP designed the Shops at West End to blend work, boutique shopping and nightlife into one dynamic, vibrant and popular district. Through the use of neutral exterior materials, the unique tenant façade designs incorporate varying storefront styles and material selections, evoking the diversity found in urban streetscapes.  Strategically placed in an area with a steady flow of traffic and easy accessibility for nearby office workers, the pedestrian-friendly site is welcoming, clean, safe and increasingly popular both during the day and at night.
