Experience Design

Every space we design - whether an office, a barrack, a lab, a clinic or a restaurant - evokes an emotional response from the people who use it. Knowing this, RSP created Dreambox, an experience design practice within our firm that concentrates on improving the user experience. Our practice blends a range of disciplines including anthropology, marketing, strategy, and industrial or environmental design. Through active listening and asking artful questions, our team uncovers unique insights that translate into highly innovative solutions to very complex problems. Our purpose is to connect our clients with the hearts and minds of their employees, clients or customers to create value for the organization.

• For Mortenson Construction, RSP Dreambox helped restore a sense of pride among the contractor’s employees through a series of meaningful exhibits celebrating the construction trade, including a recognition wall displaying the hammers of retired employees.

• The goal at ev3 was to decrease employee attrition, so RSP Dreambox translated the company’s business proposition of improving circulation into the workplace by improving interior traffic patterns, creating spaces for employees to connect and through custom displays and exhibits.

• Creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for a diverse clientele was the goal for The Wilder Foundation.
