RSP is a study of contrasts: we are a big firm that feels small. We work internationally, yet are grounded in the local community. Our projects range in size from the very large and complex to the very small and relatively simple. We work in close-knit teams, yet all 250+ of us come together monthly to share, learn and celebrate. We are young, middle aged and older. Our teams reflect this diversity, blending experienced veterans with intern architects. While it sounds cliché, RSP is like a big family. Our culture is casual and inclusive.
