16000 Pines Boulevard was once the home to a massive USPS distribution facility that stood outside the city limits of Pembroke Pines. Today the facility is mostly abandoned and encapsulated by the growing city, creating a barrier between neighborhoods.
16000 PINES Market replaces the existing USPS facility with a new small neighborhood post office strategically placed among restaurants, a neighborhood grocery, a pet store, fitness center and small shops knitting together the new and existing neighborhoods while creating a gathering place where residents and visitors alike can linger.
